We want you to love what you wear! If you're not happy with your order, here's how we can help:

Returns: 

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition with tags and packaging

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom or made-to-order outfits

• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

• Once we get your return and check it, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they arrive damaged or faulty.

• Email us within 48 hours with photos if something’s wrong.
